Built for doctors who trained abroad and have one exam left

The FMGE is not a harder version of your final year exams. It is a different exam, written around a curriculum you did not sit. Closing that gap is the whole reason this exists.

Our Mission

Make the distance between where you trained and what FMGE asks a solvable problem.

Candidates rarely fail the FMGE because they do not know medicine. They fail because the exam tests it back in a pattern Indian graduates trained on for five years and they did not. The syllabus is familiar; the questions are not.

So the work is narrow and specific: take every previous year question, explain it from the concept up rather than from the answer down, and measure every score against the one number that decides the result. Nothing else on the platform earns its place.

Our Vision

A screening test nobody fails for the wrong reason.

A doctor who studied in Moscow, Manila or Georgetown should sit this exam knowing exactly where they stand, not hoping. We want the gap between a graduate's training and the Indian exam pattern to be something you close deliberately, months before the paper, rather than discover on the day.

What We Are

A platform built only for the FMGE.

Reflex FMGE is a preparation platform for Indian citizens and OCI cardholders who completed a primary medical qualification outside India and need to clear the screening test to practise here. It is not a general entrance-exam product with an FMGE section bolted on.

That means 12,000+ previous year questions tagged by subject and topic, custom tests built to the real 300-question format, grand tests, Topper's Notes, and analytics that report every score against the 150 mark cutoff. The score calculator is free and needs no account, because knowing where you stand should not be behind a paywall.

Our Story

We started because the problem was specific.

Reflex began with students preparing for India's postgraduate medical entrance exams, built on one observation: consistent practice against real previous year questions beats any amount of passive revision.

Foreign medical graduates kept arriving at the same product with a different problem. They were not competing for a rank. They were trying to clear a pass mark, on a pattern nobody had taught them, often while working or managing a family, and sometimes on a second or third attempt. General preparation material treated their exam as a footnote.

Reflex FMGE is the answer to that. Same approach — previous year questions, explained properly, measured honestly — aimed at one exam and one group of doctors, who between them trained in 13 countries and are now sitting the same paper.
