We want to make your experience with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, and we want you to use the website Reflex FMGE (“the Site”) and the Reflex FMGE (the “App”), alongside all of our services, with complete confidence. Hence, we request that you read the following Terms of Use carefully.

Refund Policy

1) Online preparation for competitive examination is a completely new experience, if for any reason you have any complaints or dissatisfied in any manner with a course/package subscribed to on Reflex/Reflex FMGE , please do contact us.

2) However, if you still are not satisfied and wish to discontinue our services, we shall refund 100% of the fee paid, given that request for refund is received within three days from the date of payment. Please note that payments for offline products, such as books, are not eligible for a refund.

SurePass

3) SurePass is a refund guarantee attached to certain Reflex FMGE plans. If you buy a plan covered by SurePass and do not clear the FMGE in two successive attempts, you may claim back what you paid, less the GST component of that payment, provided the conditions in this section are met.

4) SurePass applies to the Pro (1 year) and Elite (2 years) plans only. It does not apply to the Sprint (3 months) or Starter (6 months) plans, and it does not apply to offline products such as books. Every plan that carries SurePass is marked as such on the plan page.

5) The trigger. You become eligible when you have appeared for the FMGE twice in succession and have been declared not qualified on both occasions. “Two successive attempts” means your own two consecutive attempts — the second being the next FMGE you appear for after the first. You do not lose eligibility by skipping a sitting between them. Both attempts must fall within your subscription period. Appearing once, or registering for a sitting you do not appear for, does not trigger SurePass.

6) The amount. The refund is your purchase price less the GST component of that payment. It is calculated on the amount you actually paid, so if you bought at a discount or used a coupon, the refund is based on the amount charged to you and not on the list price. Prices shown on the plan page include GST. As an illustration at the rate current at the time of writing, 18%: a Pro plan bought at ₹1,499 refunds ₹1,270, and an Elite plan bought at ₹2,599 refunds ₹2,203. These figures are an example, not the rule — if the applicable rate differs, the deduction follows the GST actually charged on your payment.

7) The conditions. SurePass is a guarantee that the plan will work for a candidate who uses it, so it is conditional on your having used it. To qualify you must have attempted at least 80% of the questions available in your subscription as at the date of your first qualifying attempt, each of those questions at least twice.

8) The set of questions you are measured against is fixed on the date of your first qualifying attempt. Questions added to the question bank after that date do not count toward the requirement, and do not increase the number of questions you must attempt. You therefore cannot fall out of compliance because the question bank has grown since you met the requirement.

9) Your subscription is for your own use alone. Sharing your account credentials with another person voids eligibility for a SurePass refund. This is the only conduct that voids a SurePass claim.

10) The deadline and how to claim. A SurePass claim must be made within 30 days of the declaration of the result of your second attempt. To claim, email studentcare@reflexprep.com from the email address registered on your account, stating your registered name, the roll numbers for both attempts, and attaching the scorecard for each. If that address does not display correctly on your device, you can reach us through the contact form at https://reflexfmge.com/contact instead, and we will reply with where to send the documents. We will confirm receipt and tell you if anything further is needed. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

11) How this interacts with the three-day refund. SurePass and the three-day refund in clause 2 are separate, and neither cancels the other. The three-day refund is a change-of-mind refund, available on any plan within three days of payment, and returns the full amount you paid including GST. SurePass is a performance guarantee, available only on the Pro and Elite plans, only after two unsuccessful attempts, and returns your payment less the GST component. In practice the two do not overlap, because the three-day window closes long before a second attempt is possible.
