Questions about plans
Only the length of access. All four unlock the full question bank, custom test creation, bookmarks, Topper’s Notes, and grand tests. Pick the plan that covers the attempt you are preparing for.
Pro is the one most candidates take, because a year now covers three exam cycles — NBEMS moved FMGE to three sittings a year in August 2026. If a first attempt does not go the way you hoped, you still have access for the next one without paying again.
Reflex FMGE is a paid subscription, but you can use it before paying. A 3-day free trial gives you full access with no credit card. Create an account in the app and claim it there. The FMGE score calculator on this site is free to everyone permanently, with no account at all. Beyond the trial, access requires one of the four plans above.
You can subscribe through the checkout on this site or through your App Store or Google Play account. Any card or payment method your store account already accepts will work, wherever you are studying. Prices shown on this page are the ones you pay at our checkout; the app stores set their own prices for the same plans, so compare before you buy.
Access stops at the end of the period you paid for. Your account and saved work stay in place, so renewing later picks up where you left off rather than starting over.
